rate the last movie you saw

I saw this film – a clockwork orange – a 1971 classic. it was sick and disturbing in many places; but a masterpiece in movie making. exceptional direction and a great act from the lead actor. you’re left with mixed feelings for its protagonist – He evokes intense hatred but you can’t help but sympathise with him later.
The film also makes a very powerful social comment, of humans having to choose good over evil, rather than going for it without having any other choice.

all in all, a 4.5/5.
stay away if you don’t have a strong stomach.. and it isnt a joke. ladies especially!

    sivaji the boss – 1.5/5

an exercise in outrageousness.. didn’t expect it to be path breaking but tried my best to view it from the point of view of being at least an entertaining film.. it was just plain silly… tried my best to like it.. at first it was okay, then it was unintentionally funny, then it wasn’t even funny.. by the end, i had had a severe headache.. even calling it illogical would be an understatement.

    peepli live – 3.5/5
a very good satire.. right humour at the right time without the situations going overboard.. nicely developed characters but its the theme and treatment that wins hands down
